What time is the check in?

Check-in is from 2.00pm, If you require to check-in earlier please call our friendly team to organise. Early check-in are subject to availability.

What time is the check out?

Check-out is from 10.00am. If you require a late check-out please contact our friendly team. There will be an additional charge and it is subject to availability.

Do you have food available?

We do not have an on site restaurant however there will be items available for purchase from the reception during reception hours.

Do you have BBQ Facilities?

We do have an on site BBQ available for guest use. There will also be BBQ packs available to purchase from reception.

Do you accept cash payments?

Yes we do accept cash payments but will require you to leave a $200 cash deposit at reception which will be returned on check-out.

What card types do you accept?

MasterCard, Visa & AMEX, these cards are available at a 1.1% surcharge for all transactions. We do not charge a surcharge on debit cards.

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking in rooms but there are designated areas.

Is onsite parking available?

Yes, we have complimentary undercover parking for our guests.

Can I check in later than 6:00pm?

Yes we have late check in available . Please make sure you call our friendly team to let us know you will be arriving late and we will provide you with our late check-in procedure.

Do you have baths?

We do not have any apartments with baths.

Are their kitchens in the rooms?

All of the apartments have kitchenettes with hotplates, sandwich press, microwave and a toaster. There is also saucepans, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery in all apartments.

Do you have elevator access?

There is one elevator on site.

Are pets allowed in the property?

Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our apartments.

Is there accessible rooms available?

Yes we have wheelchair accessible rooms available.
